Visible Thinking tour
What all would you see if you were standing inside a painting yourself? And what would you smell? During this interactive tour, students are challenged through stimulating thought-provoking questions and creative viewing and drawing assignments to look at art and give it meaning.
Looking Differently is an interactive tour for grades 1 through 8. Led by a museum educator, the class is introduced to art and culture in a fun and accessible way. The tour is based on the learning method visible thinking. The students practice 21st-century skills, such as collaboration, communication, and creative thinking. In this way, they discover that you can look at art and the world around us differently from various perspectives.
