Stedelijk Museum Alkmaar strives to create a dynamic and inclusive connection between the museum and its diverse audiences. The museum believes that art and culture play an important role in promoting social engagement, personal growth and strengthening communities.

So we are here for everyone, but the museum is nowhere without you, the visitor. We desperately need your support to do restoration and research, enrich the collection and develop our educational program. You can support us as an individual, company, fund or family foundation.

Want to make a donation?

You can make a one-time financial donation to Stedelijk Museum Alkmaar. All donations are completely exempt from inheritance and gift tax.

Would you like to donate an object?
You can also donate an art (historical) object to the museum. Our curators will examine whether an object meets the requirements to be included in the collection.
