Summer picnic with the museum - get your basket full of goodies!

Summer has begun, so time to enjoy those long, warm days! Again this year, you can pick up a well-filled picnic basket from us for a wonderful family outing or an original date.

How does it work?

You stop by the museum café, choose what you want in your basket, checkout and enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the park, by the water or wherever you like. Just make sure the basket (including rugs and bottles) is back at the museum before 4 p.m.

What comes standard in your basket?

• A fine rug to sit on
• A tablecloth to nicely display all the goodies
• Napkins
• Bamboo forks
• Paper cups
• Straws

What can you choose with it?

• Small sweet treats
• Muffin
• Small juice from Schulp
• Soft drink (please ask for an opener)
• Still Life Sandwich
• Sandwich All Alkmaar
• Bottle of wine
• Milk, buttermilk or chocolate milk in our own recyclable bottles
