Museum Night Alkmaar takes over the night once again!

After three successful editions, Museumnacht Alkmaar will once again take over the night on Saturday, September 27. Taking place from 19:00 to 02:00, Museumnacht Alkmaar brings a vibrant mix of art, music and entertainment to the city. With a diverse line-up of artists as well as new (!) participating venues, Museumnacht Alkmaar promises to be bigger than ever before.

New locations, more culture
Filmhuis Alkmaar and HAL 25 join a fine list of participating venues this year. Together with Stedelijk Museum Alkmaar, the Grote Kerk, the Biermuseum, the Kunstuitleen, the Grafisch Atelier and Podium Victorie they form the backdrop of this cultural night. More locations also means more art, more music and more room for dancing.

Programming
The lineup does not disappoint this year either. The organization is putting stronger emphasis on various art forms. Thus, with the addition of the Film House, film and cinematic art is firmly represented. HAL 25 contributes with a mysterious experiment between steel and concrete. Podium Victorie opens as early as 7 p.m. with a light art installation and a musical explosion by De Niemanders, Parker Fans and HIQPY, among others. Pettemerstraat will thus turn into a delightful cultural car wash during Museum Night.

Of course you can also go wild in the Grote Kerk during the famous silent disco - this year with a sexy touch from SafeSpace. You can also enjoy a walking art experiment and laugh your ass off during comedy night.

Stedelijk Museum Alkmaar opens its doors for regular pricks like the tattoo artist, while NRDWND once again presents Alkmaar bands. Put on your finest outfit, as fashion is also a big theme this year & of course you can wander through the various exhibitions!
